How Our Shipping is Calculated - DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 

Many Horses Jewelry Supply live USPS direct-quote shipping rates for all services.

Our standard Flat Rate shipping and handling rate is calculated by weight. Shipping costs include
all available USPS shipping services: Insurance, Delivery Confirmation, Express Service commitment information, where applicable. Processing fees are included in all shipping costs.

    Many Horses Jewelry Supply will utilize USPS First Class International shipping on a per request basis. Shipping First Class International is not covered for loss or damage and is sent at Buyers Risk.

    First Class Mail® International and some Priority Mail® International options such as Small Flat Rate box, and Priority Flat Rate Envelope, are NOT insurable.

    We do offer Insured Priority shipping services for the value of the items being sent, to guarantee your purchases against loss or damage in transit. Postage is not included in declared insured value on Customs forms.

    All packages shipped from Many Horses Jewelry Supply will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Supplies', with full value for the order; we cannot mark any order as "gift" or declare a value under $49 for larger values, we would get into a lot of trouble with the Postal Service. Orders returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in our being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees. Any future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Many Horses Jewelry Supply is not responsible for service transit times or shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.


International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available to some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured article's contents at their local Post Office. Many Horses Jewelry Supply will file appropriate claims paperwork to our local Post Office, once all documents have been provided by Addressee and destination Post Office.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. The contents and value of an item must be declared on the applicable customs form.

  1. All goods sent outside of the United States are liable to customs duty and Value Added Tax on importation whether or not the package is marked as a “gift.”
  2. Postal packages without a customs declaration that contain goods liable to customs duty or control may be seized by the customs authorities.
  3. Many Horses Jewelry Supply is require by law to provide actual value of contents only, on parcels sent out of the United States and is not responsible for any customs duty and Value Added Tax imposed by Customs officials. Many Horses Jewelry Supply does not ship any parcels marked as "Gift" in order to avoid Customs duties.

Do you offer free or discounted shipping?

   While many large companies are able to offer services such as discounted or free shipping, they must meet contractual high-volume criteria, in order to offer discounted shipping. We are a small company and do not ship the higher volumes which would qualify for discounted shipping.

We purchase in bulk in order to offer the best price available on all items we stock. We do not carry a huge overhead, so we order frequently and keep inventory moving rapidly; our turnaround shipping time is customarily 1-2 business days.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING UPDATE

If you just placed an order, and forgot to add something, we now offer discounted shipping on add-on orders. *Price subject to product weight, may affect cost. Please call us if you forgot something and we'll do the rest!

When Will My Order Ship?
  Orders are received and processed in order of receipt and usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt, unless Customer is notified of any delays due to subject availability. Express orders are shipped next business day for 1-2 day delivery to most areas, based on zone.

 If you do not receive a confirmation shipping email with copy of invoice within 1-2 business days, contact us at customerservice@manyhorses.com for order status.

First Class Service: ships 1-3 business days from order receipt. Typically arrives in 4-10 business days, excluding holidays. This service can take longer when shipping to East Coast states.

Priority Mail Service: ships next business day from order receipt. Typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

Express Mail Service: ships next business day from order receipt. Typically arrives in 1-2 business days, depending on ship-to zone set by USPS. Next day service available in most areas, not guaranteed in all zones. International orders are subject to the shipping method that closest matches the price option you choose.  Because of new postal computer systems, we now provide tracking on International orders. Tracking results may vary by Country, zone.

International customers, including Canadian customers, may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.

Customs Duties and fees: why we won't ship as "Gift".

Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid to the United States Postal Service when the item is mailed. The recipient of the mail piece is the only one who can pay the customs fees.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. This is not new. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the Worlds Customs Organization website for general information, or visit the website of that country's customs service.

It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.

Please note: Many Horses Jewelry Supply is closed for the observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders will be processed the following business day after any holiday or closing.
Packages in transit during these and other government holidays could be delayed by one or more days, depending on the carrier.

Holiday Updates

Please do not leave messages such as "Leave at back porch" or "Leave at front desk if no answer..." when placing your order; we cannot leave instructions with individual postal carriers. If you cannot be home to receive mail, you should make arrangements with your individual carrier or Post Office; they will be happy to leave your parcel in a covered container on your porch, to expedite efficient deliveries during peak holiday deliveries.

*Please allow ample time when ordering products for your projects, to avoid delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend you order supplies well in advance of Christmas as we cannot anticipate availability of many popular items we carry.  We recommend ordering Christmas supplies starting in October, to ensure you will receive your items in a timely manner and to avoid delays.


Pricing and Sales Tax

Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without prior notification.  Wisconsin residents are subject to sales tax.  Orders shipped out of state are not subject to sales tax. Wisconsin Retail business's are tax-exempt. Business owners must provide a Tax ID or resale permit # at time of order.

Backordered Items

We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times. However, due to periodic high demand and the unique nature of our goods, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery on items not in stock at the time of your order. If an item becomes backordered once you've placed your order (sold out prior to order receipt), we will offer you the option of reserving the item, offer a similar substitute or upgrade your order to the next similar (size) item. If the item becomes unavailable at the Vendor level after you've placed your order, you will be offered the option to substitute, cancel or retain store credit for future use. All backordered items will be shipped by USPS First Class mail. When you pay by credit card and wish to reserve items, we will charge your credit card at the time of order receipt.
Should you wish to cancel reserved items or return merchandise, we will issue a refund via the method of payment you originally used.
We are unable to add additional items to the order once payment has been submitted. A new order would have to be placed and shipping costs would be adjusted.

*Please note: In the event we must reship any items either missing due to human error or backorder status,  we will ship using the least expensive shipping method available. If you wish to upgrade shipping, applicable charges will apply.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing (usually within the first 24 hours after an order is placed).  We are unable to cancel an order once payment is processed. If any changes are requested, an email must be received the same day order is placed.  

Large quantity or Special Order items and items marked  - out of stock - backorder available, are to be pre-paid and are placed on reserve for that order.

Backordered items may be cancelled as long as the item is still in "backorder status"; a 20%  processing and restock fee will be deducted from refund. Once a backordered item has shipped to our facility, orders cannot be cancelled.


What happens if my order is lost or incorrect when I receive it?

   At Many Horses Jewelry Supply, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes errors do occur.

Order error:  If we make a mistake on your order, contact us either by email or by phone right away, and we'll work quickly to correct the error and initiate replacement shipments/ returns to your complete satisfaction.

Lost order: Please allow ample time for mail delivery, excluding Sundays and holidays, before reporting a missing order. USPS Priority Mail® 3-5 day does not guarantee delivery time. If an order becomes lost after it is shipped from our facility, and it is determined it cannot be traced through the www.usps.com website using the tracking number you were provided, we will submit a loss-claim through our local post office for reimbursement on the Customers behalf.

Address error: If your order includes a shipping address that is in error or is incomplete, and the order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for a new address, and reship the order after the original order is received back in our facility. You will be charged a new shipping fee for reshipping the order. If you decide to cancel the order, all shipping costs and 15% restock fee will be deducted from your refund.

Receipt of all on-line orders will be verified by e-mail copy of the sales invoice within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email with copy of invoice within 48 hours, please email us right away to avoid delays in shipping.
