How Our Shipping is Calculated

Many Horses Jewelry Supply charges Flat Rate shipping based on total weight. Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by USPS.

  • USPS First Class Mail®  4-10 day

  • USPS Priority Mail®  3-5 day

  • USPS Express Mail® 1-2 day Guaranteed   1-2 day. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.

  • USPS First Class Mail International.
    Canada :
    Canadian Airmail takes from 5 to 15 business days to reach Customs. International: Foreign Airmail takes from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on location.

  • Express Mail International™
    *NOTE: Global Order tracking is now being made available outside the USA. Zones may vary.

Please note: a $2.65 handling fee is included in all shipping methods to ensure timely processing of each order.

LOST PACKAGE?
  In the event of a lost package, we will submit a claim to the U.S. Postal Service on your behalf. Once the inquiry is completed, the U.S. Postal Service will directly refund the amount owed. *USPS Postal Service requires a waiting period of 30 days from ship date before filing a claim. Please allow a minimum of 6- 8 weeks for refund processing.

Many Horses Jewelry Supply is not responsible for service transit times or shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.
This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

When Will My Order Ship?
Weekdays: Orders are received and processed 2-9pm Mon-Fri, and are processed for next day shipping in most cases. Orders usually ship usually ship 1-2 business days. Express orders are shipped next business day for 1-2 day delivery to most areas, based on zone.
*NOTE: In the even of a BO (backordered item) which is not expected to arrive within 2 weeks at the time of order receipt, we will ship all available items and reship backordered items when they become available, at no additional charge, as shipping is paid when the order is submitted.


Weekends: Orders received on Friday or after holidays will ship next 1-2 business days. If your order is placed between 1-4pm (CDT) on Saturday, it will be processed the same day for Monday shipping. Orders placed after 4pm (CDT) will be processed the following business day.

 If you do not receive a confirmation shipping email with copy of invoice within 48 hours, contact us at customerservice@manyhorses.com for order status.

You may not be getting our Order status notifications for a variety of reasons:
Please make sure you enter the correct spelling when ordering with us.  Typos can prevent order notifications from being delivered to you.

We realize how aggravating it can be to receive unwanted emails (spam). While we cannot be responsible for lost emails, we do keep a copy of every email notification we send to our customers and  be happy to forward those to you as a courtesy follow-up status check.

First Class Service: ships 1-3 business days from order receipt. Typically arrives in 4-10 business days, excluding holidays. This service can take longer when shipping to East Coast states.

Priority Mail Service: ships next business day from order receipt. Typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

Express Mail Service: ships next business day from order receipt. Typically arrives in 1-2 business days, depending on ship-to zone set by USPS. Next day service available in most areas, not guaranteed in all zones. International orders are subject to the shipping method that closest matches the price option you choose.  Because of different postal computer systems, International orders are untraceable once they leave the USA.

Please be aware that some countries including Italy and Greece are not included in Global Priority shipping, please email or check with your Postal Office  before choosing.

Pricing and Sales Tax

Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without prior notification.  Wisconsin residents are subject to sales tax.  Orders shipped out of state are not subject to sales tax. Retail business's are tax-exempt. WI Business owners need to provide a Tax ID or resale permit # at time of order.

Backordered Items

We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times. However, due to periodic high demand and the unique nature of our goods, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery on items not in stock at the time of your order. If an item becomes backordered once you've placed your order (sold out prior to order receipt), we will offer you the option of reserving the item, offer a similar substitute or upgrade your order to the next similar (size) item. If the item becomes unavailable at the Vendor level after you've placed your order, you will be offered the option to substitute, cancel or retain store credit for future use. All backordered items will be shipped by USPS First Class mail. When you pay by credit card and wish to reserve items, we will charge your credit card at the time of order receipt.
Should you wish to cancel reserved items or return merchandise, we will issue a refund via the method of payment you originally used.
When you pay by check, and you indicate on your order that you wish to reserve out-of-stock items, we will retain the exact amount to cover the items reserved. Please review our Payment Policy for additional information.
We are unable to add additional items to the order containing reserved items once payment has been submitted.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase. You may request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) which we will issue in email. Should you need to return an item, please include a copy of the original invoice. All merchandise being returned for exchange must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. We do not accept returns on special orders.

*Return postage and handling charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted for items damaged or altered while in use by consumer or without an RMA form.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing (usually within the first 24 hours after an order is placed).  We are unable to cancel any order once it is in process. If any changes are requested, an email must be received the same day order is placed.  Backordered items may be cancelled as long as the item is still in "backorder status"; a $1.50 processing fee will be deducted from any money refunded. Once a backordered item has shipped to our facility, orders will be updated to "In Process". All cancellations must be submitted via email within 3 business days of order.


Privacy Statement

Receipt of all E-mail / on-line orders will be verified by a brief return e-mail and copy of the sales invoice within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email with copy of invoice within 48 hours, please email us right away to avoid delays in shipping.
