Order payments are processed in the order they are received, and
usually ship out the next business day. An order can be cancelled
within 4 hours of placing the order on the same day as received. If an
order is cancelled by the Customer for any reason after 3 days,
a 20% administrative fee is deducted from refund amount being applied.

*If you still have not received your order after 10 days to 2 weeks days of
receiving shipment confirmation,
Many Horses Jewelry Supply implements the United States Postal Service
(USPS) as the primary carrier service for delivering your order to you.
Their service is extremely reliable and economical, but as with all
carrier services, things do happen. In the rare
event an order becomes lost or damaged while in transit, Many Horses
Jewelry Supply will initiate a claim with the USPS, 30 days from date of
shipping from Post Office of Origin. The USPS will require us to
supply proof of shipping and insurance, in order to consider your claim
for reimbursement. Once USPS has completed their investigation, Many Horses Jewelry Supply
will notify you of their decision, and any reimbursement they issue will
be refunded back to you within 1-2 weeks.
*International orders that are not insured, are not covered against loss or damage under the USPS. We encourage use of Priority International, in order to guarantee replacement costs of International orders.
