We are a 100% direct mail company, with no physical storefront. We work in conjunction with several established and reputable companies as Distributors and therefore we do not offer wholesale discounts. In this way we are able to pass along the savings to you.
Our pricing reflects current market value on all our items and is the lowest price available while remaining competitive.
We have scoured the world for the best quality beads and findings, and we know how important time is when searching for the right beads and findings for your projects. We are continually adding to our inventory, and shopping for new and exciting items and  ideas and we invite your comments and suggestions!

All products sold by Many Horses Jewelry Supply are not intended for use by children under the age of 15.

Ordering Confirmation
Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from Many Horses Jewelry Supply with your order #  confirming receipt of your order.
Cancelling an Order
Order payments are processed in the order they are received, and usually ship out the next business day. An order can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order on the same day as received. If an order  is cancelled by the Customer for any reason after 3 days, a 20% administrative fee is deducted from refund amount being applied. Card processing fees taken by the credit card processor at the time of sale, are non-refundable.
Shipping Notification
We process orders continually throughout the day. Once your order has posted to go out, our email notification system will send out shipping notifications at the end of each business day. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at

We respond to all emails and phone calls within 48 hours but sometimes emails do get lost in "Cyberspace". 
Please call us right away if you do not get an email reply in a timely manner. If you do not receive a auto-generated confirmation email with copy of invoice within 24 hours, please email or call us right away to avoid delays in shipping.

Backordered Items
If we are out of in item, we'll send it to you as soon as possible and reship when items are available. Shipping is paid with initial order. Backordered or out of stock items past 2 weeks, initial partial orders normally will ship within 3 business days. Backordered items already on order and en route to us, we will hold the order until all items are filled and ship all together.

International orders will ship once the order is complete.

Many Horses Jewelry Supply implements the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the primary carrier service for delivering your order to you. Their service is extremely reliable and economical, but as with all carrier services, things do happen. In the rare event an order becomes lost or damaged while in transit, Many Horses Jewelry Supply will initiate a claim with the USPS, 30 days from date of shipping from Post Office of Origin.  The USPS will require us to supply proof of shipping and insurance, in order to consider your claim for reimbursement. Once USPS has completed their investigation, Many Horses Jewelry Supply will notify you of their decision, and any reimbursement they issue will be refunded back to you within 1-2 weeks.

*International orders that are not insured, are not covered against loss or damage under the USPS. We encourage use of Priority International, in order to guarantee replacement costs of International orders.

Please include your Invoice # in the subject line of your email and any questions or comments in the body, along with your full name, address and phone number
. Addressing your inquiry to "USPS: Whoever it may concern" will guarantee a quick order resolution if your package has been deemed "lost in the mail".
